Terms of Sale

In order to continually improve the design & quality of our beanbags and to make use of the best materials at all times, Freeasy reserves the right to change specifications without notice. Additionally, it is normal for fabric color, finishes and some measurements to vary from those listed on this website. 

All orders presuppose acceptance of Ringgit prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, the Buyer will be informed in short notice and will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

Freeasy reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the Buyer was not filled out correctly.


Freeasy takes no responsibility for any delays, loss or complications in the delivery of your purchase. A delivery delay of your order will, under no circumstance, justify any claim for damages in present or future.

Very Important: Please don't fill out recipient's email in the order detail upon check out if it's a surprise gift.


Some in-store pricing may vary from website pricing.


What is covered under guarantee?
The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components of Freeasy beanbag:

• Velcro
• Zipper

What is not covered under guarantee?
The guarantee does not apply to Freeasy beanbags that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, printing faded or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents, pest infestations or items bought as display condition. This guarantee does not apply if Freeasy beanbags have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage. This guarantee is to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable. This guarantee doesn’t apply to beanbags used for commercial purposes.

What will FREEASY do to correct the problem?
FREEASY will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this guarantee. If considered covered, FREEASY through its own service operations will then, at its sole discretion, offer to:
• repair the defective product or
• replace it with the same or a comparable product

If it is covered by this guarantee, FREEASY will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour. This does not apply to any repair work not authorized by FREEASY. Replaced parts become the property of FREEASY. Bring the beanbag to the nearest FREEASY outlets and we will repair the item and arrange a date for your collection.


Q: Can I return an item for a full refund?

A: Strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within 2 days of receiving. In that case, we would provide a one-to-one bean bag cover exchange.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: We do not accept any exchange. All of our products have different measurements & colors, so it is very important to compare all before making an online purchase. 

Q: Can I cancel the order and get a full refund?

A: We do not issue a refund once the order is being processed. However, if you contact us immediately after making a wrong order, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.
