Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from manufacturing factories located in Malaysia & China. It depends on what item you've purchased. Please expect your items to be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. International shipment takes 7-10 working days to reach destination usually.
Q: What delivery options do you offer?
A: For beanbag, either standard delivery with tracking number takes 2-10 working days to reach Malaysia address or COD which only available within Klang Valley. Either weekday or weekend, before or after 6 pm. Kindly WhatsApp 0162383642 to place an order for COD.
For international delivery, lead time will depend on location. Usually takes 5-12 working days with tracking number provided.
Q: Why only received beanbag cover and its inner bag?
A: This website only sells bean bag cover & inner bag to the international destination.
Q: I'm based in East Msia, what's the delivery lead time?
A: Only Standard Delivery with tracking number available for this destination. Parcels will be shipped over by Air Mail and delivery lead time is 5-10 working days. Outskirt takes longer lead time.
Q: What about the customs fee?
A: We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped out. By purchasing products from this website, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may have to pay customs duties and taxes for shipping personal goods or gifts. Sometimes it happens.
Q: Why I've received separate parcels for each bean bag?
A: Filling and beanbag cover been packed separately in order to provide the cheapest postage to your doorstep. That's the standard delivery method. Just transfer all filling into the inner bag and place it into beanbag cover.
Q: Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
A：No, we can only deliver to an address that isn't PO Box. Someone must sign for acceptance of the package upon delivery.

A: You would receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your item being processed. Kindly login to the particular tracking website to check the status of delivery.
Q: Can I return an item for a full refund?
A: Strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within 2 days of receiving. In that case, we would provide a one-to-one bean bag cover exchange.

A: We do not accept any exchange. All of our products have different measurements & colors, so it is very important to compare all before making an online purchase.
Q: Can I cancel the order and get a full refund?
A: We do not issue a refund once the order is being processed. However, if you contact us immediately after making a wrong order, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.
