Q: What delivery options do you offer?

A: We're offering 2 options as below,

    Standard Delivery with tracking number
      • 3-5 working days within West M'sia. 
      • 6-8 working days to outskirt.
      • 7-10 working days to East M'sia. 
    Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)
      • Customers decide the time of delivery. Only available within Klang Valley with additional surcharge of RM30/beanbag. Either weekday or weekend, before or after 6pm, delivery appointment is available for this option. Kindly WhatsApp 0162383642 to place order. 

    Q:Any delivery after 6pm on weekday or weekend?

    A: Yes, kindly opt for C.O.D. option as stated above. 

    Q:I'm based in East M'sia, what's the delivery lead time?

    A: Only Standard Delivery with tracking number available for this destination. Parcels will be shipped over by Air Mail and delivery lead time is 7-10 working days. Outskirt takes longer lead time. 

    Q:Why i've received separated parcels for each beanbag? 

    A: Filling and beanbag cover been packed separately in order to provide the cheapest postage to your doorstep. That's the standard delivery method. Just transfer all filling into the inner bag and place it into beanbag cover. 

        Q:Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

        A:No, we can only deliver to an address that isn't PO Box. Someone must sign for acceptance of the package upon delivery. 

        Q:How can I track my order?

        A: You would receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your item been processed. Kindly contact the courier service directly for status of your item after 24 hours of receiving your tracking number. 

        Q:Why cover and inner bag packed separately?

        A: In order to prevent beanbag cover been stained during delivery, we have separated cover and inner bag. Just place the inner bag into the beanbag cover. Make sure both beanbag cover & inner bag's zippers position are at same direction in order to provide best comfort.
